Answer: Payments for custom design projects are made to OOB Creative in increments as a courtesy with you. Once a full payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable and we has the right to forfeit such deposit in the event you refuse and/or cancel the services and/or contract. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by OOB Creative and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by you.
