A branding project involves a lot of information gathering: notes and conversations with you, along with reviewing visual examples to get your feedback before anything is designed. We’ll discuss your business, history, goals, audience, competitors, brand personality, and more. This will set parameters and guide the design process.
OOB Creative will need a brief from you to determine branding objectives, brand values, desired customer perceptions, target market and competitors. Based on the brief, we will present the visual references to you in order to understand your aesthetic expectations, if necessary.
You are required to provide all the detailed information in order for us to perform the services as described in the invoice. OOB Creative shall not be liable for any late submission of raw materials or images from you.
First at all, OOB Creative listen to you from the start. We aslo encourage you to bring in any examples, color combinations or swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work.
Information that you will provide during the initial brief will definetly speed this process up.
During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready for print we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production.
It doesn't matter where you are located. If you need branding design services in the China, France, Germany or anywhere else, we are just via WhatsApp or Email for all of your branding design needs.
Vector graphics are created with mathematical points, that tells the path how it is shaped and what colour it is filled by. Vector files can be stretched to any size keeping their high quality in every resolution.
Once a job is in production, the job cannot be cancelled. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats if payment was made for design services
What if you just need Photography / Commercial Video?
Although branding is the entry point in working with OOB Creative, If you already have your branding and just need an add on to your brand no problem! Just get in contact and we can discuss the project further.
Commercial printing is print with cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) ink, which is called as process printing, and therefore will produce different range of color.
Your artwork should be a print-ready document such as PDF, or Adobe Illustrator. We do not accept Word Document or Power Point presentation files.
OOB Creative shall not be responsible and/or liable for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. You should set your artwork to print with fonts transformed into outline and colour profile set to CMYK.
OOB Creative always check your artworks before printing. You will always receive a final proof with print-ready artwork preview. Your order will not be processed until OOB Creative receive your email with approval. Please note, OOB Creative don't accept verbal and phone approval.
How do I check on the process of my job during production?
It depends on the quantity and size of your order. Normally it takes from 5 to 7 business days from artwork approval and receiving your full payment to print and deliver your products. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once a job is complete, you will receive a shipment confirmation via WhatsApp or Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if it is shipping directly to you. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Holidays do affect turnaround times. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
OOB Creative is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, first of all kindly contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
OOB Creative cannot guarantee all actual goods will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.
Our printing production which uses gang run printing is subject to a 10% color variation. OOB Creative wishes to draw attention to you as it cannot attained in a gang-run format in the event the job is color critical.
Payments for custom design projects are made to OOB Creative in increments as a courtesy with you.
Once a full payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable and we has the right to forfeit such deposit in the event you refuse and/or cancel the services and/or contract.
If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by OOB Creative and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by you.
For all small projects and designs we always need upfront full payment. For more advanced projects and complex artworks 50% deposit is required before any design work will commence. The final payment should be made when your files are ready to be sent to you.
