The project handle and then assigns Google SEO tasks to the SEO PIC (now Peisan), who then checks the keywords. 3. Once the keywords are confirmed, the project handle will inform clients that we will apply the keywords on the website. In the discussion, the project handle needs to inform all person in charge (including homepage keyword, meta title, meta description, content strategist) to apply the keywords on the website. 4. Before the website goes online, the SEO PIC will perform a final check and do optimization if necessary. 5. One week after the website is live, the SEO PIC will email and WhatsApp the clients to let them know that the keyword setting is complete, and monitoring has started. 6. The SEO PIC monitors the keywords for three months. If there are no results after one month and in the following months, we will send an email every month to inform the client that we will continue monitoring and making modifications to optimize the keywords. Once results are achieved based on the package, the SEO PIC informs clients that the package has commenced. 7. In the following month, clients will begin to receive monthly ranking reports, while the SEO PIC continues to monitor the keyword results. ADDON later after Few months, or few years 1. Salesperson will get all the required keywords, post them in the discussion and inform Ms Kit. 2. Ms Kit will assign SEO PIC to handle the keywords optimization. If there are any keywords or suggestion, SEO PIC will inform sales to discuss with clients. If everything ok, SEO PIC will continue to do optimization. 3. After completing optimization, the SEO PIC will email and WhatsApp the clients to inform them that the keywords have been applied on the website and monitoring has started. 4. The SEO PIC monitors the keywords for three months.
