Answer: Not necessary. Any cash sale that comes with Tax Entity is submitted as an individual e-Invoice. If you are mandate to issue e-Invoice, that does not mean that you cannot use Cash Sale function, it means that you need to provide Tax Entity information regardless of which function you use that need to submit eInvoice.
