8. Massage Booking, Cancellation & Safety Policies
Answer: We open from 10am-7pm . Last call is 6pm, we welcome walk-in and booking. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations under 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full session price. This helps us manage time and respect all clients.
