Answer: If you send or receive a certain amount of funds from/to a third party in a business transaction, or if the name of the funds transfer is insufficient, you may receive a confirmation call as a money laundering measure. As a general rule, there is no confirmation phone call when sending or receiving fund to another account of the same company.
