At this time, we provide facilitate in-store collections for orders placed online.

取消或更改订单 ｜ Can I cancel or amend my order?

您必须向我方提供完整准确的配送地址信息。为免产生疑义，配送地址信息中不但应包含您的订单收货地址，还应包含收货人的姓名。如果您提供给我方的信息不完整或不准确，我方不负责您的订单配送事宜。包裹送达时需要签收。

我方可能无法终止所有已发货或可供提货的订单。

是的，我们提供西马免费送货服务，适用于所有订单总额达到RM230或以上的客户！只需在结账时输入促销代码FREEDEL即可。免费送货仅适用于蛋糕、冰淇淋和月饼订单。免费送货不适用于电子礼品。

Yes, we provide free delivery service in West Malaysia for all orders with a total amount of RM230 or above! Just enter the promo code FREEDEL during checkout. Free delivery is applicable only to orders of cakes, ice cream, and mooncakes. It does not apply to e-Gifts.

No. We only take orders within Peninsular Malaysia at the moment.

Goods will only be dispatched within 42 hours after payment has been received.

订单延迟？｜ Why is there a delay in delivery?

我方将竭尽全力确保在预期时间内交付您的订单。然而，由于物资短缺、运输中断或大量订单或超出我们控制范围的事件，有时候会不可避免地出现延误。如因延误，我们在预计时间内延迟或无法配送您的物品。请注意，在打折或其他高峰时期，您的订单配送可能会有延迟。

产品保存 ｜ Storage

产品开封后请尽在三天内速食用完毕，然后存放在冰箱以保新鲜！
避免阳光直射，防止潮气和霉菌。

Customers are advised to consume our products as soon as possible after opening. Keep in refrigerator to extends shelf life and preserve freshness if opened for more than 3 days. Store in a cold and dry place out of the sunlight to prevent mould.

产品收到后3天内发现发现坏损或货不对版，将进行一对一更换。我们不提供现金退款。
对于在线订单，与产品退货相关的运费将不由正庄承担。

Defective or non-conforming goods are exchangeable on a one-to-one basis within 3 working days. No cash refunds.For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by CHEN CHUNG.
