Answer: Global University for Lifelong Learning is often abbreviated as GULL, a university in the US. GULL has been offering a huge range of vocational courses in Malaysia since 2008. It was endorsed by various Malaysian government departments, including the Ministry of Human Resources and the Ministry of Higher Education. Additionally, it is the only institute in Malaysia that provides Professional Degree vocational courses. The Institution of Engineers Singapore also recognises certificates issued by GULL and thus a GULL certificate holder is eligible for their membership.
