Answer: To track and check the status of your order, please click on ‘Trace Shipment’ attached in the Shipping Notification email. You may also visit ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Orders' to check the status. Please note that you need to be registered and logged into your account to view your online orders. Orders will not appear under 'My Account' if you checked out as a guest.
