Most custom-made rings are completed within 10 working days, depending on design complexity. Because all crafting is done in-house, we can maintain both efficiency and quality.

Orders can be placed in-store or through a private consultation. A 50% deposit of the total order amount is required to begin production.

All diamonds are certified by internationally recognised laboratories such as GIA or IGI, ensuring authenticity and transparency.

We offer 18K gold (white gold, yellow gold, rose gold) and platinum. Each option will be explained based on durability, maintenance and daily wear comfort.

Yes. Roman & Co provides lifetime cleaning and inspection services for all jewellery. We believe a ring is meant to be worn for life, not just admired once.

For rings worn daily, we recommend professional cleaning and inspection once every six months to maintain sparkle and setting security.
