Can I choose my gown online instead of visiting the studio?

We don’t recommend choosing gowns online. Bridal gowns must be experienced in person — the fit, movement, and feeling can't be judged by photos alone.

Can I take photos or videos during the fitting?

Absolutely! You're welcome to take photos and videos for reference during your session.

Do you provide menswear or other outfits?

Yes, we offer men's suits in sizes S to XXXL. However, we currently do not offer mother-of-the-bride or bridesmaid dresses.

Can I try gowns if my wedding date isn't confirmed yet?

Yes! You're welcome to explore options and try on gowns even if your wedding date is still tentative.

How long is each appointment?

Each session lasts up to 4 hours, giving you plenty of time to explore and try on gowns comfortably.

Is there a fitting fee?

The first 3 gowns are free to try. A fee of RM50 applies for every additional set of 3 gowns.

Can I change the rental date after booking?

Yes, as long as the gown isn't reserved by another bride on your new date. If there's a clash, we'll assist you in selecting another gown.

How long can I rent the gown? Can I extend the rental period?

Our standard rental period is 4 days. You may extend the rental at RM50 per day, subject to gown availability.

Yes. All fittings are by appointment only, so we can provide you with exclusive attention and a private session.
