We take packing and shipping seriously — we provide pre-shipment photos of your order for verification. • If your order is missing parts and the missing items are not in the packing photos, we will ship replacements. • If all items appear in the shipping photos, compensation will not be provided unless a valid reason is presented. • Refunds are not allowed without solid justification.
