How do I file an accident claim with your company?

What is the difference between OD / KFK-OD / TP accident claim?

• OD (Own Damage): Claims damages using the owner’s policy, forfeiting NCD. • KFK-OD (Knock for Knock - Own Damage): Claims damages without losing NCD if the insured provides additional documents and the accident is not their fault. Not applicable if involving motorcycles, taxis, buses, unlicensed drivers, invalid policy or unreported incidents. • TP (Third Party): For third party insurance cover. Requires upfront payment which includes repair costs, adjuster fees, and processing fees. We also assist with claim submission.
