Why do I need to get Accredited after attending TTT?

Starting 1 January 2025, only accredited trainers will be eligible to conduct HRDC claimable training. To become accredited, you must submit a 2-3 hour video recording of your training, which will be assessed by the HRDC panel.

What do I need to do for the Assessment?

On day 5, participants are required to present for 15-20 minutes on any topic of their choice in order to demonstrate their competency based on the assessment criteria with what they have learned over the previous 4 days.

Will those who have attended the TTT program for 5 days automatically receive a TTT certificate?

To receive the TTT certificate, you must attend at least 80% of the course and pass the assessment, which will be evaluated by our lead trainer.

I have limited proficiency in English, can I present my assessment in other languages?

Yes, you can use Bahasa Malaysia to present during the assessment as long as you fulfill the training competencies criteria.

How much does this TTT cost?

The investment fee is RM2,684 per person which includes the training materials, Sales & Service Tax (SST), meals, HRDC TTT certificate, and HRD Corp admin fee.

Do I need to renew my TTT certificate every year?

No, the HRD Corp TTT Certification is for lifetime use without having to pay any additional fees. However, if you hold the Accredited Trainer title, you will need to renew it with a renewal fee of RM60 for every three years.

What are the career pathways like after attending this TTT?

You may become a freelance trainer offering HRD Corp claimable training to your direct clients or partnering up with any training provider companies. Alternatively, you may also register as a training provider company on your own.
