Question: 3.6 Where Can I Obtain My Floor Plan?
Design & Planning
Answer: A floor plan is helpful for our design team to understand the layout and space dimensions before starting the cabinet design process. If you are unsure where to obtain your floor plan, you may usually find it from the following sources: Property Developer For new properties, floor plans are commonly available in the developer’s brochure, sales gallery materials, or official website. Purchase Documents Floor plans are often included in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) or related property purchase documents. Property Agents or Previous Owners For resale properties or older homes, the floor plan may sometimes be available from the property agent, previous owner, or renovation documents. If a floor plan is not available, our designers may still proceed with the design process after site measurement and discussion. Providing a floor plan at the early stage can help improve design accuracy and allow the design process to start more efficiently.
